Gresham ninth in CRUSA season finale; secures Rookie of the Year honors
To wrap up the 2023 season with Crate Racin' USA, Mario Gresham rolled into Cochran (Ga.) Motor Speedway on Friday afternoon for night one of The Gobbler.
With 23 Late Models taking times, Gresham qualified seventh in his group and wound up ninth in his heat race.
Rolling off 18th in the $10,000-to-win finale, Mario used the lengthy 50-lap feature to move forward nine positions to land inside the Top-10 in ninth.
Following another Top-10 outing, Mario Gresham secured the 2023 "Cruise with the Champions" Rookie of the Year award with Crate Racin' USA. Gresham also finished runner-up in the CRUSA touring point standings.
